how do i personalise my invites?
Once you have placed your order, I'll be in touch requesting all the information I'll need to design your first drafts. We will then work via digital proofs to make sure the design is perfect for you before printing.
can i make amends to the drafts?
Yes absolutely. My focus is to make sure your invites are perfect for you, which includes unlimited revisions to your drafts with no extra cost for this.
Please bear in mind numerous revisions will add time to the process so it may slow down how quickly you get your invites. To minimise this please ensure you are happy with the wording you initially send over.
do you have a price list?
I believe in being upfront about pricing as I know how important wedding budgets are!
You'll find full pricing on each listing, depending on the package you choose. If you can't see the package you need, please get in touch and I can send you a custom quote.
do you do bespoke designs?
At the moment I don't offer bespoke work, however the text on each design is fully customisable. You can also mix and match between designs so you can switch fonts, envelope colours, and/or wax seal colours to make the perfect match for your theme.
can i use the information sheet to show the menu?
Yes absolutely! Every wedding is different so I'm really flexible about what you can include on each page. The price is basically for the insert - so you can use it however you'd like.
we need invites in another language - is this something you offer?
Yes you can definitely do this, all I ask is that you provide the text and do all the necessary spell checks!
can we use a QR code for our rsvp?
Yes! This is a really popular way to direct guests to your website and looks lovely on info pages/rsvp slips. All I ask is that you provide the QR code for me - and it's your responsibility to ensure this is kept up to date.
we'd like our envelopes addressing, do you offer this service?
Yes! There is a small charge of £0.50 per invite for guest addressing (including return address), and £0.30 per invite for rsvp envelope addressing. You will find this as a listing in the shop. Just search for "envelope addressing" in the search bar.
can i change the wording on the bridesmaid proposals?
For the wax seal proposals that are personalised, I can amend this to whatever wording you need.
For the non-personalised designs these are standard prints only.
do you do foiling?
Foiling is an option on SOME, but NOT ALL of my products. Please get in touch if you are interested in adding foil to a design and I can let you know if this is possible. It will also affect the price as this is a more expensive process.
are envelope liners included as standard?
No. Envelope liners are sold as an optional extra as not everyone requires these. To keep the costs down and make these liners more affordable, a little DIY is needed to fix the liners to your envelopes. This is really easy to do and just needs some double sided tape and a little patience.
is there tracking information for my delivery?
UK orders - if you've ordered invites or save the dates, these will be sent via a 48hr tracked service with Royal Mail. Bridesmaid proposals and samples are sent via 2nd Class post and don't have any tracking information.
International orders - if you've ordered invites or save the dates, these will be sent via a tracked UPS service. Bridesmaid proposals and samples are sent via standard international post and there is no tracking information available for these unfortunatley. Generally they take around 7-10 working days to arrive. If you'd like to upgrade to a tracked service for these please do so at checkout.
which countries do you deliver to?
Currently we sell throughout the UK, USA and Canada.
Unfortunately since Brexit, it is no longer viable to sell to the EU due to high import taxes for the customer. Some of our European customers choose to deliver to a UK address of friends and family and they help to distribute them individually.
